This look is ultra feminine and I really like how this ruffle blouse looks tucked into a pencil skirt. The blouse is more of an A-line shape which also looks great un-tucked and that is how I usually wear it but this time I wanted to try something different. Since the blouse is a halter top, I chose to wear a 3/4 sleeve cardigan. I chose a patent leather belt and shoes to add some different textures to the outfit as well as give it a more interesting aesthetic.
